The first games were played this weekend at the SoCal Sports Complex in Oceanside. Located in the heart of the city or “El Corazon”, the SoCal Sports Complex is a dream come true for many sports and soccer enthusiasts here in Southern California. The sports complex boasts 22 multi-purpose fields, 5 of which will be used by the Oceanside Soccer Club. The Oceanside Breakers will use the fields for club practice and player development. The remaining fields will be used throughout the year for sports tournaments that will include lacrosse, field hockey and of course soccer!
Oceanside is conveniently located between San Diego and Los Angeles and will be a magnet for major soccer tournaments that may include State Cup and National Cup.
